While working within a small design team; I was responsible for taking the well established brand and evolving it to suit the specific sites, designing bespoke furniture, lighting and joinery; along with sourcing unique finishes and wall coverings.

Followed by on-site design direction and assistance, completing a number of restaurants from concept development through to project handover.
